Description In the field of reconstructive surgery, it is necessary to evaluate the need for osteosynthesis means, such as plates and fixation systems, which can be defined on the basis of special models sized according to patient morphology. The thesis work will focus on the mechanical and dimensional characterization of artifacts obtained by additive manufacturing techniques, in order to identify a protocol for use in surgery.
