Description In the field of corrective surgery, measurement uncertainty and systematic errors introduced by measurement procedures and systems used in the acquisition of 3D data, as well as their propagation through mathematical algorithms used for simulation, are particularly important. For this reason, the thesis will be focused on the metrological qualification of used instruments and on the procedure validation, also with the use of appropriate reference artifacts.
