Description Modelling and experimental validation activities related to the energy production of a solar disk concentrator. The solar concentrator with a diameter of 1.8 m is installed at the Energy Center lab. The objective of the thesis is to be able to predict, depending on weather conditions, the energy production of the solar concentrator. Within artificial intelligence and machine learning techniques, models based on ANN systems provide interesting results for real-time estimates, especially when learning from dynamic changes in the environmental field.
