Description The aim of this final project regards the synthesis of functionalized surfaces to be adopted as heteronucleants of pharmaceuticals. The development and optimization of the synthesis protocol will be pursued thanks to the physico-chemical characterization of the samples. The tuning of surface properties, such as chemistry and morphology, will lead to engineered substrates capable of guiding the nucleation of small molecules and proteins.
