Description The student will have to fabricate in a clean room environment suspended mechanical nanoresonators coupled to memory resistive devices (memristor). The student must then characterize the final device both from a mechanical and electrical point of view with the aim of studying in detail the physical behavior of the memory device and in particular the mobility of the metal atoms in the memristor.
