Description We intend to develop a series of software codes in Matlab/Octave for the solution on real cases, possibly in real time, of the epidemic diffusion models.
The models will be solved by applying probabilistic methods, such as genetic algorithms and particle swarm optimization
Required skills Knowledge of solution of systems of differential equations of diffusive models
Excellent knowledge of the Matlab / Octave environment
