Description Among the specific cases to study in order to understand the mechanisms through which climate change leads to increased socioeconomic risk, one is the impact on infrastructures (transportation, energy, communication). We need to investigate this impact quantitatively, for example when related to flooding, large variation of the average temperature and of its extreme values, ice melting and permafrost transformation in cold regions.
