Description The thesis focuses on the experimentation of evaluation models for the estimation of the socio-economic-environmental effects of urban infrastructures. Starting from the combined application of Hedonic Pricing Models and GIS, the study is finalized at evaluating the externalities generated by the construction of the Metro 2 line in the city of Turin in terms of increase in real estate values. Alternative location scenarios will be examined from the point of view of externalities and socio-economic impacts.
