Description New predalle slab, which has to be used in semi-prefabricated floors of civil and industrial buildings, has to be prototyped. In this slab, the traditional “virgin” components of concrete mixtures are partially replaced by recycled materials or waste, such as aggregates from construction and demolition waste, or steel fibers from end-of-life tires. Both uniaxial compression tests on new concretes and bending tests on floors are performed in the experimental activity.
