Description This study is focused on the effect of standard, stretching programs on the development of muscle fatigue and on the cardiovascular system. Heart rate and blood pressure will be quantified to assess changes in the cardiovascular system. Muscle fatigue will be assessed through time-frequency analysis techniques applied to surface electromyograms.
