Description The measurement of electrical properties of materials is fundamental to allow advanced characterizations, e.g. conductive nano-indentations (ECR). This thesis aims to characterize the operation of a benchtop nano-amperemeter to allow its integration into prototype measurement systems for mechanical characterization of materials.
