Description The instrumented indentation allows the characterization of mechanical properties such as hardness, Young's modulus, creep, relaxation, etc., through a semi-destructive procedure that does not require specimens with particular geometries. The thesis activity is aimed at the implementation of an algorithm for the analysis of indentation curves and the evaluation of mechanical properties using a prototype indentation platform.
