Description The thesis focuses on analyzing the effects of diffusion in models for multi-population dynamics. The mean-filed limit is obtained from a many-particle system in which a nonlocal trasport dynamics, a regularising diffusion term, and a Markov-type jump process are combined. If the diffusion term is neglected, the mean-field limit of analogous systems has been recently analyzed with relevant applications to social dynamics (population dynamics, replicator equation). The scope is to extend such results to the diffusive case. Numerical implementation can be considered.
