Description The research aims to define a set of indicators to evaluate social housing development projects in the framework of sustainable cities (resilience, safety, inclusion, sustainability) in the post-covid context in developing countries. This selection is sought to be made through the involvement of stakeholders of the housing sector in Colombia as a first case study, but it might also be open to be performed in other contexts to have a comparative analysis.
It is desired knowledge in Stakeholders analysis; definition of focus groups, interviews and surveys; and proficiency in Spanish language to build the necessary survey(s)/interview(s).
