Description Artificial reservoirs are important infrastructures for the storage of water and energy (hydroelectric production). The thesis will investigate the different strategies adopted worldwide to manage the distribution of resources (water and energy) for different uses, considering their impacts and benefits. The impact of social and climate change will also be considered.
