Description The thesis relates to a project with the European Investment Bank and the European Invetsment Fund aimed at mapping the cleantech firms in Europe and to examine innovation dynamics. The student or students will have to search patents associated with European cleantech firms identified by the research team and retrieve patent information (citations, number of inventors, assegnees etc). The student or students will then make some descriptive statistics on the evolution of patents for the sample of firms over time, by sub-sectors, countries and could do econometric analyses. Possibility to do the thesis in two or maximum 3 persons. Required to have average mark from 28 onwords. Possibility to prosecute the job with research fellowship or research grant.
