Descrizione Topic: Analysis of the consumption profiles of commercial buildings (supermarkets, hotels, shopping centers, etc.). This activity aims to analyse and characterise a large number of demand profiles (electrical and heating/cooling) for commercial buildings, using available Open Source databases (for example: https://data.openei.org/submissions/153). The goal is to carry out a statistical analysis that and perform a clustering procedure on the different types of buildings based on the geographical location and other parameters (for example the type of equipment currently available in the building or the opening/closing times), in order to produce “typical” profiles for the various users analyzed. Since many profiles refer to US locations, it will also be necessary to estimate their representativeness with respect to Europe.
