Description The candidate will characterize, in collaboration with ESA-EAC, the microstructure, grain size and composition of elementary structural components proposed for space manufacturing through the manipulation of resources found in situ. The objective will be to document, also through micrographs and SEM, the morphology (pre and post production, as well as post mechanical tests) to interpret the interaction between the phases involved and define a reference standard.
