Description This thesis project is about mapping the competencies of a set of companies operating in the aerospace industry.
Objectives of the thesis:
- Support in mapping the competencies of the surveyed enterprises, digitization, processing and synthesis of the collected data.
- Identification of potential synergies among the surveyed enterprises, assessment of competence complementarity and collaboration opportunities.
- Support in developing a strategic plan for the surveyed enterprises.
Required skills Familiarity with data management and analysis software tools (Excel, Power BI, Access or alternative) is required.
Notes a scholarship for thesis activity is envisaged. The utmost seriousness is required
