Description JATO is a market-leading company in business intelligence in the automotive sector, with operations in dozens of overseas markets. JATO headquarters are based in London, UK; a local business unit is present in Torino.
In the past 40 years, JATO has been a leader in the research and acquisition of automotive data. More recently, the company has been enhancing its capability of acquiring data by employing machine learning techniques and automation and exploring methodologies for applying artificial intelligence models for the provisioning of automotive market information.
The objective of this thesis is to apply artificial intelligence to provide content to users based on automotive data JATO posseses. This will be achieved by exploring Azure OpenAI models to create content and/or develop chatbot-like functionalities. The thesis will be carried out within the Data Science function in JATO, with mentorship from an experienced data scientist.
Required skills Essential pre-requisites are a basic knowledge of machine learning techniques and python, good problem solving and programming skills, and an average grade of 27/30 or over and a good level of English. Knowledge of NLP methodologies is a plus.
