Description This master's thesis will explore the development and implementation of nested vials as a novel approach to enhance lyophilization efficiency in pharmaceutical manufacturing. The project will encompass both the design of specialized nested vials and the development of process control strategies to maximize product quality and yield during freeze-drying processes.
Notes The project activities will take place at the research laboratories of a leading vaccine production company located in Belgium. Alternatively, the project can be carried out in part or entirely in the Politecnico's research laboratories.
