Description The characterization of the residential and commercial sectors in the TEMOA-Italy and TEMOA Europe models dates back to the original outdated versions of TIMES-Italy and EUROfusion TIMES Model, respectively. However, the latest research advancements and policies make an update of those model sections necessary. In the perspective of studying new devoted scenarios (e.g., energy efficiency measures, energy storage applications) with a TEMOA instance, this thesis involves a renovation of the current techno-economic characterization of residential and commercial end-use technologies, to be included in an open-source database.
