Descrizione The project is focused on the diagnostic analysis of the combustion process in a hydrogen engine, and is carried out by enhancing and benchmarking a multizone diagnostic tool, previously developed at Politecnico di Torino.
Specific attention will be devoted to the thermodynamic models for the different chemical species, the NOx formation chemistry, the heat transfer calibration and the flame front geometry modeling.
The candidate will also have the possibility to have an insight into the experimental campaign methodologies during the stay at the company facilities.
