Description The project focuses on improving the quality of embedded software for custom electronic systems, with special emphasis on hardware development and driver writing. The main goal is to integrate a Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) simulation approach to replicate real hardware interaction during testing. By focusing on writing specific drivers for custom hardware, we aim to ensure proper communication and control between the software and the custom hardware components. This approach will allow us to identify and resolve hardware-related issues promptly during development, ensuring the validity of tests in the actual operational environment. We anticipate that this methodology will significantly contribute to the optimization of custom electronic systems, enhancing the overall quality of embedded software. Our goal with this project is to demonstrate the crucial importance of integrating Hardware-in-the-Loop simulation and writing specific drivers for developing high-quality electronic systems based on custom hardware.
