Description Learning Factories, as innovative environments for learning and training workers with a high technical-engineering profile, are increasingly spreading not only in academic environments, but also in companies.
This research thesis is aimed at studying the current state of the art and the possible future evolutions of Learning Factories in production and logistics fields.
The thesis is part of a research activity of the proposing teacher. As such, the candidate will be required to work closely with the teacher on a constant basis over time. Work progress meetings with the teacher will be scheduled approximately weekly. Therefore, the candidate will be followed very closely in the development of his/her degree thesis.
Estimated duration of the thesis: 6 months starting from the start date of work.
The profile of the ideal candidate should include:
• graduate student in Management Engineering;
• exams still to be taken on the start date of work: max 2;
• absence of company internship or internship already completed;
• excellent knowledge of the Italian language and good knowledge of the English language.
