Description The thesis aims to evaluate thecustomer's experience about the use of a pen for 3D printing. The thesis work involves the design of a questionnaire and a series of tests to be undertaken by a sample of students who will be able to test the 3D pen and provide their feedback. Providing the opportunity to some respondents to acquire some practice and familiarity with the use of the instrument, it will be possible to evaluate the differences between experienced users and beginners.
