Description Description: The work for this thesis consists in developing a pre-existing app written in Visual Basic. New interesting features will be added to the software, and a conversion of the app either in Java or Python will be implemented. Therefore, a basic knowledge of Java/Python is required.
Objectives: The software will quantify the resilience through PEOPLEs framework. That methodology, divided in modules, is applicable before the disaster by detecting the critical infrastructure and after the disaster by improving the resilience.
Location: Berkeley, CA or Turin, Italy
