Description The thesis work focuses on the development of tests program for the new families of embedded microcontrollers for automotive applications. These programs must check the ECU functionality both at the end of the manufacturing process and during the device life-time.
The whole activity will be held in collaboration with STMicroelectronics, global leader in semiconductor manufacturing, inside the CAD research group here at DAUIN, with the possibility to travel to the ST headquarters in Milano.
Required skills Required skills: basic knowledge in C/Assembly programming, fault simulation environment and reliability concepts.
Notes Depending on the student scholar marks and the advancement of the project, the student may apply for a PhD thesis grant.
