Description The aim is to apply a kinetic model with nonlocal interactions to study phenomena such as cell alignment in collective migration, cell-cell adhesion, cell-extracellular matrix interactions, chemotaxis, durotaxis, haptotaxis, volume filling, quorum sensing. A general purpose numerical code alreasy exists and need be adapted to the different cases stuudying the influence of the differet parameters characterising the model.
