Description Asynchronous interactions with students, especially during this pandemics, take place in social media channels (e.g. Telegram and Slack). The goal of this thesis is to analyze the traces of the interactions using NLP techniques to synthesize the main themes, questions and answers.
The thesis work will require: 1) identification of the suitable NLP techniques, 2) evaluation of alternatives on a test data-set, 3) full-scale analysis on a real data-set and evaluation of the performance.
