Description The thesis is carried out in collaboration with Corky Srl and it concerns the evaluation of the present system fo treatment of the exhaust gases coming from a CVD process for the deposition of pyrolytic carbon and the feasibility study and design of an optimised system, energetically sustainable and in agreement with the regulations in force.
