Numerical investigation of the effect of FHR’s tether configuration on neck’s loads

Description Starting from pre-existing simplified numerical models of motorsport compartments, the student will be asked to set-up a sensitivity study in order to identify which is the optimal way to connect the helmet to the FHR, with respect to neck loads, in a frontal crash scenario.
