Description Particle models are based on Newtonian laws. The idea is to used them to descrive collective dynamics of groups of agents (e.g., animals, cells, or humans), also in a predictive perspective.
The thesis indeed consists in two parts:
1) the derivation of the mathematical model;
2) its numerical implementation, i.e., in order to simulate realistic scenarios.
