Description The thesis will focus on the implementation of an experimental campaign on the Enertun energy tunnel prototype located along the southern extension of Turin metro in order to test its thermo-mechanical behavior in operating conditions. The experimental campaign will also be accompanied by the construction of a coupled thermo-hydro-mechanical numerical model with the aim of reproducing the experimental results by calibrating some unknown parameters and extending the results to aerothermal conditions different from those tested on site.
