Description A crucial point of all opinions dynamical models proposed in literature is to perform model validation and to estimate the model parameters using large-scale data. Overall, the main goal of the thesis is to establish rigorous systems-theoretic properties of various models (e.g. fixed point convergence, stability, identification and model order reduction). This is a major challenge which requires the development of sophisticated mathematical tools and programming skills.
