Description European export regulations put dual use goods and technologies under control, meaning that they can be dangerous if they fall into the wrong hands. The European Union is pushing companies to have an export risk management program derived from control.
There are several approaches applicable following the guidelines of the European Community (2019) and some countries of the community.
The thesis will analyze the construction methodologies of an Internal Compliance Program and apply them to a case study during the development of a program at a company or institution.
