Description In the present thesis work we propose the development of an electrochemical sensor with three electrodes for the monitoring of tumor markers circulating with low concentration in the blood. In particular, by means of microfabrication processes, electrodes will be made and subsequently appropriately characterized and functionalized in order to measure the presence of tumor biomarkers.
