Description Quantum Computers will very likely be the protagonists of the future of computing. What changes with respect to normal computers is the radically different way in which the information is represented. As a matter of fact, we will switch from the traditional/classical bit to the new qubit (quantum bit). Despite several limitations, there are cases in which it is possible to achieve an exponential speedup in computing performance. At the moment, quantum computers manufactured by the Canadian company D-Wave are already able to produce tangible results at the industrial level. This thesis aims to use the D-Wave computer (cloud-accessed) to solve concrete optimization problems.
