Description The cold plastic formability of sheets of different types of Dual Phase steel will be examined in relation to their microstructure and their production process. In particular, the properties of bendability, drawability and flangability relevant for the realization of automotive components starting from sheets will be examined. The materials under examination will be characterized by tensile, bending and micro-hardness tests and by both optical and electronic metallographic analyses. The thesis will be carried out mainly in the CLN group plant in Via Pavia 72 in Rivoli (TO). The thesis will preferably be associated with a curricular internship carried out at the same company and location.
