PROCEDURE
To create your PSP and APSP you need to log in to your personal page of the Teaching Portal – Online services tab - Create your Annual Personal Study Plan / Personal Study Plan portlet.
For information on how to complete your Personal Study Plan, read the chapter "Procedure and deadlines" of the Student Guide - a.y. 2021/22, available on your personal page:
You will be redirected to a page where you need to choose the specialist pathway of your Master’s degree programme (if the programme does not have any specialist pathway, you will be redirected to the Personal Study Plan page).
PERSONAL STUDY PLAN (PSP) / PIANO CARRIERA
After choosing your specialist pathway, the system will redirect you to the page of your Personal Study Plan. Your Personal Study Plan includes your first and second-year Master’s courses. Even if you are enrolling in year 1, you need to include also your second-year courses (i.e. free choice credits, optional courses) to reach a minimum of 120 credits. We remind you that you will be able to modify your Personal Study Plan when you enrol in year 2. The standard Personal Study Plan shows the courses suggested for the specialist pathway you have chosen, but you can personalize it. If you want to add a course, search it by course code or course title in the search box below the Personal Study Plan:
If you want to delete a course (only if you have not passed the exam yet), click the blue X.
Please note: if you want to delete a course from a table (grey background), you need to deselect it. To delete an entire table, you first need to deselect each course in the table. Click CONFIRM to save your changes and complete your Annual Personal Study Plan. If the changes you have made to your Personal Study Plan require the approval of the Academic Advisor of the degree programme the system will show a page where you can submit your request and explain your reasons.
After submitting your request, your Personal Study Plan will be sent for approval (status: under approval). During this period you are not allowed to make any further changes until you get the result from your Academic Advisor.
Please note: the period during which your Personal Study Plan is under approval does not count towards the 10 days for the completion of the Personal Study Plan. After receiving the answer from your Academic Advisor, you have 10 more days to make other changes. You will receive an e-mail when the Academic Advisor has evaluated your request.
ANNUAL PERSONAL STUDY PLAN (APSP) / CARICO DIDATTICO
Your Annual Personal Study Plan includes the courses that you are going to attend during the current academic year. You need to drag the courses you wish to attend from the box “Personal Study Plan courses that can be included in your Annual Personal Study Plan” to the box “Annual Personal Study Plan”. Bear in mind that there is a limit in the number of credits that you can include in your Annual Personal Study Plan. The credit limit depends on your enrolment workload (Full-time enrolment: max. 80 credits / Part-time enrolment: max 40 credits). Students enrolling in first semester have to enter both first-semester courses and second-semester courses (for rules and deadlines, consult the page
Rules for enrolment in first semester). Students enrolling in second semester have to follow the rules and deadlines set out in the section
Rules for enrolment in second semester.
Please note: You can change your enrolment workload (part-time/full-time) every year upon enrolment.
