you are considered to be ACADEMICALLY DEFICIENT and you will not be able to insert in your Annual Personal Study Plan (APSP) any new course or activity.

FULL-TIME STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC DEFICIENCIES

When you define your Annual Personal Study Plan, you will be allowed to insert only those courses for which the exam is still pending. In any case, you will be allowed to insert new modules as well: they will be marked as “overbooking” modules. Basically you will be able to insert first and second semester modules, but they will not be immediately charged into your Annual Personal Study Plan.

If during the September examination session you pass those exams and/or reach the required number of credits, you will no longer be classified as a “student with academic DEFICIENCIES”. In this case “overbooking” modules will automatically be charged to your Annual Personal Study Plan, in the order you inserted them, within the maximum limit of 80 CFU.

If during the winter examination session (January/March), you still have academic deficiencies, but you pass the pending exams and/or reach the required number of credits, you will no longer be classified as a “student with academic DEFICIENCIES”. In this case, first semester new modules will be removed, while second semester courses will be charged to your Annual Personal Study Plan, provided that precedence rules are respected.

PART-TIME STUDENTS WITH ACADEMIC DEFICIENCIES
If  you are a “student with academic DEFICIENCIES” and you decide to enrol part-time, you will be allowed to insert in your Annual Personal Study Plan first-year modules only. If, by the end of the January/February examination session, you make up for those “academic DEFICIENCIES”,  you will be able to add other second-semester modules and insert them into your Annual Personal Study Plan. This shall happen in accordance with the maximum number of credits that a student can obtain in one academic year; otherwise, you can request the conversion of your part-time Annual Personal Study Plan into full-time, by Friday 10th March 2017.
