Registering for the Final Examination
If you want to apply for graduation you must meet the following requirements:
- you must have passed all the exams of your Personal Study Plan (*)
- your internship or other learning activities (**) must be recorded in your transcript (if planned by the curriculum of your degree programme);
- you must be regularly enrolled for the current academic year;
- the thesis module must be already included in your Annual Personal Study Plan;
- you must have paid all your tuition fees;
- you must not have any unreturned book borrowed from the library;
- you must not have a pending disciplinary sanction that imposes a temporary exclusion from Politecnico with restriction of further academic progress.
(*) If you want to take the IELTS exam in the exam sessions organized by the CLA (Language Centre), you should carefully check the registration deadlines for each IELTS session.
(**) Your internship can be recorded in your transcript after the "Deadline for passing exams", but it cannot be recorded after the deadline for registering for the Final Examination.

Apply for Thesis conclusion confirmation
• On your personal page, Thesis TAB, click Request Thesis conclusion confirmation to your Supervisor
• Enter the final title of your thesis, upload your provisional thesis file (PDF/A) and submit your request within the deadlines
• Wait for confirmation from your Supervisor

Fill out the Almalaurea questionnaire
Register on www.almalaurea.it and fill out the questionnaire
Fill out the programme evaluation questionnaire
Filling out the questionnaire is not mandatory.
Fill out your Thesis application
After receiving confirmation from your Supervisor, go to your personal page - Thesis TAB - Next steps to get your degree section - Register for the Final Examination
Pay
• Pay the amount shown at the end of the operation (including any pending charges - for information visit this page).
• Go back to the guided procedure and certify the date of your payment in case of deferred payment (MAV).
• Click the "Continue" button to complete your registration.

Irregularities during the registration process
If you have some exams, internships, training activities, mobility end date, etc. that have not been recorded in your transcript -> Registration with CONDITION (not allowed if you have not passed the English language exam*).
