Candidates
will be assessed in two steps during one day.
During the
first step, following a presentation of Prima Industrie Group and the
candidates will be assessed by HR as far as motivation, attitude, personal
features.
In the second step Managers of different Dept. (i.e. R&D,
Manufacturing ecc.), assisted by HR will assess technical aspects which are
important for the foreseen roles.
PRIMA INDUSTRIE S.p.A:
will select the candidates with a pre-screening of the CVs and reserves the
right to contact only the students who will fulfill the internal selection
criteria.
