The course deals with the phases of logistic process and the problems faced in managing a supply chain.The course covers the methodology for understanding the roles of the actors in supply chain, the relationships, the basic methodology for the management of the stocks, the measurement of performance, and the risk analysis. Particular emphasis is given to oil processes and industrial applications.
