Description Aluminum-based batteries represent one of the main alternatives to lithium batteries, especially when large storage facilities are needed for the energy produced by photovoltaic and wind power.
One of their components is the electrolyte, typically liquid, which entails problems of long-term stability and safety. Several attempts are underway to replace them with solid or quasi-solid polymeric systems.
This bibliographic thesis involves the drafting of a document in English based on a collection of scientific articles (provided by the supervisor) on the topic of polymeric electrolytes for aluminum-based batteries.
