Description The thesis work is aimed at evaluating the possible technical and economic criticalities in the development process of Renewable Energy Communities. The candidate will be asked to perform the energy and economic simulation of different REC scenarios powered by photovoltaic energy with the aim of identifying the optimal conditions in terms of energy and economics. The analysis will also have to consider the possibility of access to incentives and tax reliefs of various kinds, administrative and legal restrictions, as well as possible social implications. The work will be partially carried out on site at a Turin company.
Required skills Basic knowledge of energy efficiency in buildings and energy regulations.
