Description The research activity concerns the fabriaction of specialty optical fibers, starting from the synthesis of the materials, then carrying out preform fabrication followed by optical fiber drawing. The work will be carried out in collaboration with the Istituto Superiore Mario Boella within the framework of international projects.
Required skills Basic knowledge of materials science.
