With Erasmus program it’s possible to obtain a double degree (for example Engineering degree at Politecnico di Torino and the same title at another university) by an agreed study plan between two universities.  
This kind of agreement has been stipulated with the Ecole Nationale d’Architecture de Marseille. 

One extra UE destination is University of Belgrano (Buenos Aires, Argentina). Italian students shall attend a full a. y. there, from February to the next year January, and then completing the Italian program. Simultaneously a thesis will have to be written. At last, these students will obtain a double Architecture degree in Argentina and in Italy. 
 
Other agreements with extra European universities have been stipulated with: University of Brasilia in Brazil, Universidade Estadual de Campinas in Brazil, Universidade do Estado de Minas Gerais in Brazil, Pontificia Universidade Católica of Santiago de Chile, Pontificia Universidad Católica of Valparaiso in Cile.
