Interruption of studies occurs when a student does not
enrol in the academic year though the procedure for the definition of the
Annual Personal Study Plan, or, when a student enrols in the academic
year, but does not perform any career act.
When the
interruption of studies lasts less than 4
years, you can go to the Office of the University Registrar - Fees and Right to
Education (at Cittadella Politecnica, on the ground floor) in order to resume
your career: besides
paying normal tuition and fees for the current year, you will have to pay an
additional fee for each year in which you have not been enrolled, as prescribed
annually by the
Fee Guide 2016/2017, Art. 23.
The
regularization of the academic career shall be requested within the deadlines
foreseen for the desired type of enrolment, and in any case not later than
19th December 2016.
Career Reactivation
When the
interruption of studies has lasted more than 4
years, the academic career, in order to be reactivated, needs to be evaluated by the Programme academic coordinator (referente cds).
This rule also
applies to students who have forfeited in previous years.
If this is your
case, you must submit the
Career reactivation application form to the counters
of the Office of the University Registrar - Fees and Right to Education (at Cittadella Politecnica, on the ground
floor) by
23rd September 2016,
together with the payment receipt of 150 Euro. This amount will be deducted from your tuition fees in
case of subsequent enrolment; otherwise, if you decide not to enrol, this fee
will not be refunded under any circumstances.
The Office of the University Registrar will later
contact you in order to let you know the results of the evaluation of your
career. In order to regularize your enrolment, besides paying normal
tuition and fees for the current year, you will have to pay an additional fee
for each year in which you have not been enrolled, as prescribed annually by
the
Fee Guide 2016/2017, Art. 23.
