Considering that the September examination session and the period for the preparation of the APSP often overlap, you might not be able to make a part-time APSP for a.y. 2017/2018. This might occur if, for instance, upon preparation of your APSP, you still do not know the result of an exam, or, if you still have to take some  exams, or, if some grades have not been registered yet.
 
In this case, you will have to enrol as a full-time student, since you do not meet the requirements for part-time enrolment (i.e., a residual APSP less than or equal to 40 credits, including the Final Examination).
At a later stage, you will be allowed to request the conversion of your full-time APSP into part-time, but only if you fall under the following circumstances:  

• you meet the requirements for a part-time APSP within the last examination session of a.y. 2016/2017 (i.e., by September 2017)
• you are going to graduate and you have chosen a full-time APSP in order to include in it some of the courses belonging to the Master’s degree programme, but you have not earned the required number of  credits for such anticipation within the deadline; therefore, these credits are automatically removed from your ASPS (Please read the section: Anticipating Master’s courses).

In order to change your APSP from full-time to part-time you need to go to the Office of the University Registrar  and development of new services for students  (located at Cittadella Politecnica, ground floor) before 19^th December 2017.

We remind you that part-time enrolment entails the simultaneous payment of  your tuition fees (please refer to the Tuition Fee Regulations and the Tuition Fee Guide).
